The boy was born last night around 8 p.m hit on foot by an 18-year-old man from Amsterdam on a motor scooter.
The victim was seriously injured and taken to a hospital, where he died today.
The driver of the motor scooter was injured in the collision and was treated at the scene. After treatment he was arrested.
The message that the boy had died was already circulating on social media today, AT5 reports. The police could only confirm this this evening.
The police are asking anyone who knows more about the accident to come forward. Anyone with useful (dashcam) images is also asked to contact us. The police are still investigating the cause of the accident.
