Bottega Veneta launches a free bag care service that offers unlimited refreshments and repairs to the pieces.
The ‘Certificate of Craft’ is likened to a lifetime guarantee program, as the service underscores Bottega Veneta’s “enduring quality of distinctive craftsmanship,” the fashion house said on Thursday.
“Bottega Veneta represents exceptional craftsmanship with exquisite design and creativity,” said Leo Rongone, CEO of Bottega Veneta. “The Certificate of Craft was born out of a desire to offer our customers a first-class service for the long-term preservation of their products.”
Presented in the form of a physical card linked to the serial number of an individual product, the ‘Certificate of Craft’ service will be available in the brand’s stores from November.
“We focus on responsible growth. Our goal is for the products to last longer and have fewer replacements,” says Rongone.
