Otherwise deadline for participation in Australian Open had been exceeded
The judge who will consider Novak Djokovic’s appeal against his deportation from Australia has not accepted the request to postpone the case from Monday to Wednesday. Attorneys for the Australian Department of the Interior had filed the request, but it was rejected by Judge Anthony Kelly.
