According to his colleagues and employer, Kris left the Moose Bar Antwerp for Schoten on Friday night around 4.15 am, after a New Year’s party. After that he was not seen again.
A call was launched on Saturday, in the hope that someone had received something from Kris. “Our Port of Antwerp-Bruges colleague Kris Goossens did not come home last night”, according to the Facebook page of Port of Antwerp-Bruges. “The police were able to trace his steps as far as IKON Antwerp (formerly Noxx), but after that there is no trace of him. They regard his disappearance as worrying and his family is also very concerned.”
