The tour and its origins
The original “Rough and Rowdy Ways” tour kicked off more than four years ago, in November 2021, at the Riverside Theater in Milwaukee. It accompanied the 2020 album of the same name – Dylan’s 39th studio album. During this multi-year tour, Dylan was also part of Willie Nelson’s Outlaw Music Festival.
