In the north of Italy, a tourist boat with about twenty people on board capsized on Lake Maggiore on Sunday. At least one person would have died, three people on board are still missing, writes the local press.

According to a spokesman for the fire service, Luca Cari, nineteen people were rescued after the accident. Currently, divers and a helicopter are searching for “several people who have been reported missing”, it sounds.
The boat sank due to bad weather conditions near Verano, local media said. About twenty tourists were partying on board when a tornado capsized the vessel. The president of the Lombardy region reports this on Twitter.
