A man from Venlo goes into jail for three months because he has abused a security officer of the Dutch Railways at the station in Eindhoven. He received six weeks for this case, but there were two suspended sentences above his head, which he actually had to perform through this conviction.
According to the police judge in Den Bosch, it has been proven that the 38-year-old Limburger has made a special investigation officer (BOA) safety and service of the Dutch Railways. The victim got a slap in his face.
The BOA was working when he noticed a man on the center side of Eindhoven Central Station on 5 March on 5 March. The suspect walked behind two other people through the entrance gates without scanning a ticket. The detection gates went off on this.

De Boa wanted to call the Venlonaar to order with a colleague, but the Limburger was not stopped. He hit one of the boas hard against his right joke. For this abuse, the man was given six weeks, whereby the time he has been in custody is deducted.
With this the cake was not finished, because the Venlonaar was still in the probationary period of two previous convictions, in 2022 and last year. For example, he had threatened his ex, among other things with death. He also insulted an agent in Oss. The two conditional penalties that were given to him at the time were converted into unconditional penalties by the police judge. And that means another six weeks in jail and a community service sentence of 10 hours.
