In the Mark District
On Thursday morning at around 4.30 a.m., the driver of a BMW on Dannenwalder Weg in Reinickendorf ran into oncoming traffic in a bend and rammed the front of an oncoming police car.
According to initial reports, the two officers were injured and taken to a hospital. The occupants of the BMW are said to have remained unharmed.
So far it is completely unclear why the BMW driver got into oncoming traffic.
Dannenwalder Weg was closed for several hours due to the accident recording.
