The BMW M4 GT3 struck after all: Benn Green and Niklas Krütten clinched their first win in what was only their third race in the ADAC GT Masters.

The Schubert junior duo beat the Joos-Porsche #91 (Engelhart/Güven; 2nd) and the Landgraf-Mercedes #48 (Marciello/Aberdein; 3rd) that started from Pole.

Ben Green caused a sensation in the first laps when he first grabbed the Joos-Porsche from Ayhancan Güven and then the “Mamba” from pole setter Raffaele Marciello. In both cases, the battle continued from Turn 3 to Turn 6 until decided.

Schubert didn’t let victory be stolen from him, also because the BMW M4 GT3 still has the highest top speed, which makes it difficult to attack.

Niklas Krütten successfully defended himself against Christian Engelhart, even though he came very close in the last lap. Jonathan Aberdein in third place was unable to join the fight after the “Mamba” lost time during the pit stop.
