After an adjustment, the tower would have two fewer floors and be 92 meters high. But the new city council is still not convinced. The second design would also provide shade on the beach and have too great an impact on the wind for the surrounding buildings.
In the meantime, the project developers are still challenging the city’s first refusal with the province.
