THElast Tuesday’s episode of series Black Out 2 – The hidden truths with Alessandro Preziosi, in the role of a broker and potential murderer, he kept almost 3 million viewers glued to the small screen. It’s not the super start of two years ago (there were just over 4 million viewers), but fiction mystery and thrillers with protagonist is a group of people stuck in a hotel in the snow of Trentino keeps you in suspense. Tonight at 9.30pm on Rai 1 their adventures continue.

After the arrival of the help it seemed that the return home was assured for the unfortunates at the Cima Paradisi hotel, in the Vanoi Valley. Before departure, however, something goes wrong: the helicopter engine doesn’t start. For Giovanni there is a saboteur in the group. Was it Umberto, the murderer of Max and Volturno? But the man is killed at the end of the previous episode.

Black Out 2 – The hidden truths: plot of the second episode

Umberto’s murder casts a dark shadow over the valleyopening the doors to new and disturbing questions. He wasn’t the one who sabotaged the helicopter’s engine. Just before taking his last breath in front of Giovanni (Alessandro Preziosi), the man tries to reveal something important, but his words remain trapped in silence.

Karim (Mickaël Lumière) becomes the main suspectbut one element exonerates him: the bullet found in Umberto’s body is not compatible with his rifle. This raises a chilling doubt: Is there anyone else in the valley besides the survivors? For Giovanni the new arrivals arouse suspicion: he noticed an affiliation tattoo on Sabrina’s arm. Could the three be sent by their Camorra brother?

Meanwhile, Elena, awakened from a coma, is tormented by a recurring dream in which a Russian soldier appears, present at the moment of his fall after the avalanche. But what would Russian soldiers do in the Vanoi Valley? The new arrivals seem to hide more than they let on, fueling suspicions and tensions within the group.

Determined to discover the truth, some of the survivors leave to track down the alleged Russian soldier, who is assumed to be hiding in the mountains. However, in the middle of the mission, communications with Marco (Marco Rossetti) abruptly cut off, throwing the group into panic.

Is Marco still in love with Claudia?

The second episode of the evening is entitled The Deception. The survivors find Marco unconscious and seriously injured. Claudia (Rike Schmid) takes care of him, while Giovanni and Federica (Adele Dezi) enter the Russian soldier’s refuge and discover that the man is not alone. John recognizes the prisoner who is with him.

In Black Out 2 – The hidden truths the thriller also leaves room for storytelling romance. Claudia realizes that she still has feelings for Marco. After her ex-husband risks his life, the two seem to get closer again, causing emotions that have never completely subsided to resurface. Sabrina (Fiorenza Tessari) and Angelo (Alessio Vassallo)searching the Russian’s refuge, discover the importance of the notebook that had been hidden in the hotel safe. But now that notebook is in the hands of the soldier.

Black Out 2 – The hidden truths: where the series with Alessandro Preziosi was filmed

The series was filmed in Trentino Alto Adige, mainly in the Vanoi Valley, where the fiction, produced by Eliseo Entertainment and Rai Fiction, is set. Among the municipalities interested in the filming are San Martino di Castrozza, Primiero and Passo Rolle, while among the splendid locations include the Paneveggio Pale di San Martino natural park. The Pale di San Martino Group is part of the Dolomites, a UNESCO world heritage site.
