In early May, the Kardashian-Jenner family won a lawsuit against Blac Chyna. The lawsuit, which has already ended, may continue, as Blac Chyna intends to file an appeal on the judge’s desk.
The woman working as a model claims the judge favored the Kardashian-Jenner family. People magazine says Chyna wants to challenge the judge’s decision.
– The judge was very hostile and really biased, Chyna has commented since the trial.
Blac Chyna has brought charges against a judge Gregory W. Alarconia towards. He believes the judge favored Kardashian-Jenners and therefore ignored important aspects of the situation in the district courts. He feels the judge’s final decision was unfair.
A Kardashian-Jennere lawyer says Chyna’s intentions are unlikely to go through.
– Chyna and her lawyer have had many opportunities to prosecute the judge during the trial, the lawyer says in a document he filed with the district court.
Originally, Chyna sued the Kardashian-Jenner family for defamation and pecuniary damage. He claimed € 37 million in compensation for the financial loss and more than € 55 million in future losses due to the loss of his reputation.
Chyna lost the 10-day trial. Now he is trying to make up for his loss by accusing the judge of bias. It remains to be seen whether Chyna’s complaint about the judge’s actions will go through.
