The Italian racing team surprises with an unusual look for the racing weekend in Florida-for a certain reason.
An unusual sight awaits the Formula 1 fans at the upcoming race in Miami: Ferrari does not compete in the classic red as usual. Instead, the Scuderia shows itself in a new look for the first US race of the year.
As the traditional racing stable announced on Wednesday, Lewis Hamilton and Charles Leclerc will control their racing cars in white and blue overalls. The team has already published the first pictures and videos of the new racing suits. The color is dominating white, supplemented by blue sleeves and shoulder parts.
The car itself is also adapted: Ferrari announced a special paint for the Grand Prix in Miami. The coloring is intended to receive additional white-blue accents. Fans already expect the presentation of the car tension.
Background of the color change: The one-year existence of the partnership with the US technology group HP. The special colors take up the design of the sponsor and reflect its branded colors. The race in Miami starts on Sunday at 10 p.m. (live in the ticker at T-Online).
For Ferrari, in addition to the special look, it is also about a sense of achievement after a maximum start of the season: In the first five races in 2025, only Leclerc made it once to the podium, took third place at the Grand Prix of Saudi Arabia.
