Biden warns in last speech as president: ‘An oligarchy is taking possession of America’

Outgoing US President Joe Biden warned in his farewell speech on Thursday about a “dangerous concentration” of “technology, power and wealth”. Biden, in an apparent reference to his successor Donald Trump, said that “an oligarchy is taking over America.” Trump wants, among other things, multi-billionaire Elon Musk to lead a new Ministry for Government Efficiency.
