During the Sprint the Italian pushed an employee after a fall. Aprilia’s appeal

Marco Bezzecchi will not race: no Czech GP in Brno. The Italian was disqualified for hitting a marshall who was trying to lift his bike after the fall on the penultimate lap of the Sprint Race. Aprilia appealed.

the motivations

The International Federation’s document contains the motivation for the sensational decision: Bezzecchi “following an accident, he pushed and hit the track marshals who were trying to recover his motorbike. A behavior which represents a violation of article 3.3.2.2 of the MotoGP regulations. Article which punishes ‘any act of corruption or fraud, or any action detrimental to the interests of competitions or sport, carried out by a person or a group of people during an event'”.
