Within the scope of the ‘betting’ investigation carried out against referees, the Turkish Football Federation (TFF) determined that 1024 football players, like the referees, had betting accounts and that these players bet on various platforms. According to the findings of TFF, it was revealed that 27 football players competing in the Trendyol Super League had betting accounts. It was claimed that Beşiktaş captain Necip Uysal was among these names. Necip Uysal, who rejected the allegations against him, came to the Istanbul Palace of Justice at 08:00 in the morning to file a complaint.
