Shares from Nemetschek started hard on Friday after a purchase recommendation.
At times, the price increases by 1.54 percent to 111.80 euros via Xetra. On the exponential 200-day line, however, the swing of the papers of the building software company initially subsided at 113.70 euros.
Berenberg analyst Nay Soe Naing was optimistic about the entire industry. In addition to Nemetschek, he also recommended the shares of the US companies Trimble and Procore Technologies.
AI is her “friend, not an opponent,” said the expert. The German billion dollar program to improve infrastructure offers enormous potential for the industry – albeit rather long -term.
He trusts Nemetschek shares 125 euros. With this, at least again, they would come back to the haze of their record from August at 138.50 euros.
