Investors and creditors are sucked into the bankruptcy of the W-festival. It is estimated that around 15,000 tickets have been sold, but the victims want to enforce transparency about the financial situation of the festival organization. “We do that partly through a legal battle. Apart from that, we want to achieve that people can once again be able to buy tickets in advance, for any festival,” says Natalie Cantaert of “Winner’s Day.”

There is currently no clarity about the income from presale, sponsorship and stand rental that the W-festival received. There is no question of fraud for the time being, but the lack of transparency raises many questions.
