Belliboni: “I don’t know if Alberto Fernández finishes his cycle”

“We met with Juan Zabaleta and beyond some specific dining room issue, we came to the conclusion, among ourselves, and not with him, that we had to have a meeting with Silvina Batakis. Measures are needed that surpass the Ministry of Social Development”, began Eduardo Belliboni, the leader of Worker Pole which has become the face of the street protests against the government of Alberto Fernández.

“Let’s go to Plaza de Mayo with a national strike and a plan of struggle to stop this offensive against wages, because there is a attack on fixed income from inflation. Today there were assemblies in front of different municipalities where this mobilization was voted on throughout the country,” said Belliboni in El Disparador (Delta 90.3).

The PO claims a bonus for informal workers, who are enrolled in the social monotax, and for “retired colleagues”, such as those in May and June. “There is a very big social situation that has begun to deepen these days, that is why we demand new help,” insist from the social movements.

“We did not speak with Juan Zabaleta about the transfer of social plans and he did not tell us that this is what they have planned. That was a wish Cristina Kirchner from what, we understand, is an idea of her alliance with the leaders, the suburban barons and the governors of the provinces”, analyzed Belliboni.

He pointed out that there is already a tighten the social movements from justice. “There were 40 raids in Jujuy, La Matanza, the Federal Capital and San Martín to neighborhood organizations, for a justice that was encouraged by the campaign that was being carried out by some media and the right, to which Cristina strongly joined, “he added. the PO leader, who points to a fight over the box.

“There is an attack because they want to get us off the street because as he said Cristina Kirchner, we are the ones who march for July 9 and we have political posters. In addition to mobilizing to fight against hunger and for work, we think politically, but it seems that this is what the vice president didn’t like it. These people do not have a future of economic development in mind. They always think of plans, and since they invented social plans, now they invent these patches”, he continued.

I don’t know if Alberto Fernández finishes his cycle in the presidency, this is a very weak government that tries to strengthen itself by relying on IMF measures. The Batakis minister that Cristina Kirchner requested, and that she reconciled with Alberto, is from the Fund. It will deepen the fit, and if (the government) falls, it will be because of that and not because we mobilize and organize ourselves with our demands”, Belliboni concluded.
