A sworn official from Staatsbosbeheer – the largest forest and nature manager in the Netherlands – was there just in time yesterday when he discovered a dog tied up in the parking lot of the Galderse Meren in Breda. The animal was left there without water while its Belgian owners took a dip in the heat.
