The first delivery of Belgian F-16 fighter planes to Ukraine will not take place by the end of this year, although the federal government had hoped that. There are still too few trained Ukrainian pilots and there is a lack of spare parts, Defense Minister Ludivine Dedonder (PS) explained to the Belga news agency on Friday.
