The new single ‘Gold’ by The Starlings is about not letting social media determine too much of your life and to fully enjoy all the beautiful things in that life. Tom and Kato have wrapped themselves in gold from head to toe for the occasion. That resulted in a shiny video clip and bathroom afterwards. For example, The Starlings also said afterwards that they “found glitter everywhere in their house”.
