Now the change dispute over Eintracht top striker Randal Kolo Muani is escalating. The Frenchman strikes Frankfurt’s final training session before the play-off second leg against Sofia and wants to continue to force a move to Paris St. Germain.

Things are getting wild now: Eintracht striker Randal Kolo Muani continues to try to force his move to Paris St. Germain. Now with other means: strike. On Wednesday morning, the Frenchman informed the sporting director of Eintracht Frankfurt that he would not be taking part in the final training session before the play-off second leg against Levski Sofia on Thursday (8.30 p.m.). The reason for his absence was his intention to change before the transfer window ended on Friday evening. Eintracht said so.

A hard blow for Eintracht ahead of the all-important game against Sofia. Eintracht seems to continue to blame its advisors for the action.

But there were also clear words from sports director Markus Krösche in the direction of the player: “We got to know Randal differently and know about his actual character. A lot is currently pouring down on him and this results in this reaction, which is wrong, what we tell him and also clearly and in all effects have made clear to his environment.” The first consequence: The Hessians will definitely play the game against Levski Sofia without their best striker.

Eintracht demands a transfer fee of 100 million euros

On Tuesday Kolo Muani had forced his move to French champions Paris Saint-Germain. “A move to Paris is now a unique opportunity for me. I would like to move to Paris and I have also informed those responsible,” said the French international to the TV channel Sky and at the same time asked for his approval for a transfer: “I hope and I hope that Frankfurt will agree to the offer from Paris and that this change will now be made possible for me.”

Kolo Muani owns Eintracht until June 30, 2027, which does not include a release clause. The club would let the vice world champion go for a fee of at least 100 million euros. PSG has not yet made such an offer.
