1. FC Cologne will be visiting Borussia Mönchengladbach in the Bundesliga on Saturday (6:30 p.m.) for the derby. Now of all times the newcomer is worried about shooting star Saïd El Mala.

Great concern for FC shooting star Said El Marler. The Cologne top scorer had to stop training on Wednesday morning because he received a blow to his left ankle, as several media reports. Pictures from training show the 19-year-old limping off the pitch with a bandaged ankle. The timing couldn’t be more unfortunate. Because on Saturday there is the prestigious Rhine derby against Borussia Mönchengladbach, four to one against HSV. Last weekend, El Mala came up trumps once again, scoring three goals to one and setting up the final goal for teammate Jakub Kaminski. In total, El Mala has four goals and two assists in the current Bundesliga season. It was initially unclear whether El Mala would be fit to play in the top game against Gladbach.
