The Beach Boys released their albums “Carl and the Passions – ‘So Tough'” (1972) and “Holland” (1973) under the title “Sail On Sailor – 1972” as a box set. Fans can choose between different CD and LP versions. The box set also includes live recordings, demos and alternate versions and will be released on Tuesday 18th November.
The original albums are included as a remastered version. Also included is a previously unreleased complete recording of a November 1972 concert at New York’s Carnegie Hall. Also included is the companion EP Mount Vernon and Fairway, released in 1973 with Holland.
As an alternative to the 6-CD super deluxe box, there are versions as a 5LP+7″ EP vinyl box set, 2LP+7″ EP box, 2CD deluxe edition and digital formats.

Last year, the Beach Boys released the Feel Flows box set, which includes their albums The Sunflower and Surf’s Up.
