Completely unnecessary comment. If Bayern had given him playing time, they would neither have to loan him out to a close competitor nor complain bitterly and long for a return.
He played over 1,000 minutes for Bayern last year. Apart from that, you certainly didn’t “have to” rent it out, especially not to a competitor. The player didn’t want to leave and he would have gotten playing time this season. The loan transfer to a club where we knew from the start that he was also only a rotation player was not only unnecessary but simply stupid and a symbol of the completely screwed up transfer summer in Munich.
Stanisic is obviously not coming back to Bayern in the winter. Why should Bayer be interested in giving him away and thereby helping Bayern?

As of now, Stanisic is clearly ranked behind the other defenders – but he wasn’t brought in as a regular player, but rather to give the established players in the cup and the EL a breather. He will also be important during the Africa Cup with Kossonou and Tapsoba gone.
So why on earth should we give him back to Bayern in the winter, shortly before the Africa Cup, in order to strengthen them and at the same time open a construction site here?! Bayern have to deal with the problem of the lack of squad depth themselves; they unnecessarily brought it on themselves.
