“They are Batjes. We just bought a new mobile phone and there was still a discount,” says a visitor. Others consciously come looking for bargains. “Of course we expect big discounts on the first days of the Batjes.”
According to the traders, they meet those expectations. “That is the case, especially through tiered sales. We also work with round prices on collections from previous years. Customers expect discounts,” says trader Natalie Mulier.
