01.04.2025 – 10:11 p.m.Reading time: 1 min.

Esther Sedlaczek and Bastian Schweinsteiger joined the first cup semi -final on the side of the side. An unusual conversation developed.
What happened? The 2014 world champion greeted his colleague jokingly with the words: “Hello, red and eye, how are you?” Sedlaczek reacted calmly. It was easily recognizable on TV that she had a blood -called eye. She replied Schweinsteiger and explained to the audience: “You see red eyes. Dear spectators, that happens. I have burst an veil.”
Then she pushed after: “Before you scare yourself at home: something like that can happen. But you have already coped with the sight.” Schweinsteiger added dryly: “We can live with it.” Then the duo continued the moderation in the usual manner.
In the course of the program, however, there was a humorous exchange again because Schweinsteiger could not help but another comment on the Sedlaczek’s eye. The moderator has just described the mood in the stadium: “I think we’re going home today.” Schweinsteiger hooked with a wink: “Heiser or quieter? The main thing is not with a red eye.” Sedlaczek reacted with a laugh: “Please?”
After the conversation, reporter Claus Lufen took over on the sidelines and conducted interviews with Arminia trainer Mitch Kniat and club icon Fabian Klos. Then the semi-finals between Bielefeld and Leverkusen (in the live ticker at T-Online) began.
