Son of a project approved by the clubs in October, Luca it is currently being tested in beta version, with the aim of becoming fully operational from September with the start of the new season, as announced in Milan at Microsoft headquarters by Massimo Cortinovis, Digital Manager of LBA. “It’s not just a chatbot, it’s not just an assistant, but a real agent free to pursue the assigned tasks, working for a long time to bring the result, combining the search for data, checking that it is correct and the creation of the content”, explained Daniele Grandini, Chief Innovation Officer of Impresoft 4ward, who developed the IT architecture based on the Microsoft Foundry platform.
