The aim of the investigation is to identify the supporters involved so that they can be arrested and brought before the public prosecutor’s office. In that investigation, the Club chairman was called in for questioning as a suspect. That interrogation took place on Monday late afternoon and was conducted by the Crown prosecutor, Julien Moinil, himself.
After the interrogation, Bart Verhaeghe and his lawyer, Walter Van Steenbrugge, did not want to comment, only that the interrogation had gone well.
