As the “Bild” newspaper reports, there were violent clashes at Fröttmaning station in the immediate vicinity of the Allianz Arena. Inter Milan fans are said to have thrown stones on supporters of Paris Saint-Germain. Some supporters were also in the track area. There were also brawls. However, police officers are said to have intervened quickly.

Another incident occurred at the “University” U6. There were also physical arguments there, as the Munich police announced via X. Pepper spray was also used. The investigation into the circumstances would run, it said. The police also reported delays on the lines U3 and U6.

Three hours before the Champions League final, the fanzone in the Olympic Park was full. Around 20,000 people have been admitted, now access has been closed, said a city spokesman. If you want to follow the game from 9 p.m. with many others, you can still switch to the fanzones on the Königsplatz, for example. Public viewing events were also offered in beer gardens.
