Barca missed victory in Seville – Dembelé unlucky

FC Barcelona made another mistake – and thus missed the leap to a place in the European Cup despite a long outnumber.

The ailing FC Barcelona missed a break in the Spanish football championship. The Catalans came on Tuesday at second place FC Sevilla to a respectable 1: 1 (1: 1), but had a good chance of a win.

After the red card for Seville’s Jules Koundé in the 64th minute, Barca pushed for the winning goal and had the victory in mind when ex-Dortmund’s Ousmane Dembelé (85th) hit the post.

Sevilla initially took the lead through Alejandro Gomez (32nd). The German national goalkeeper Marc-André ter Stegen had no chance with the shot. Shortly before the break, Ronald Araujo equalized (45th). Barca coach Xavi’s team is seventh in the table.
