Banks have been allowed to charge fees to customers who frequently withdraw money. This is reported by Kifid, an institute that handles financial complaints. Since July last year, ABN AMRO has been asking for a fee if you withdraw more than 12,000 euros per year. Two customers objected to this, but the institute did not prove it right.
