“There is a large debt burden, I cannot elaborate on exact figures. We will have to raise money from the sale of company properties, such as containers. Those affected are the landlord of the site and also the Tax Authorities,” explains curator Van Boven.
According to him, the bankruptcy is a self-declaration. The curator is not aiming for a restart, this concerns termination of the company.
It also seems to be the end of the story for security company Digi-Max in Emmen. Halfway through the month, bankruptcy was filed for the company that was active as an installer of security systems, fire alarm systems and camera security. In the past, the company also worked under the name Maximum Beveiliging.
Curator Liane Veenstra about the bankruptcy: “The activities have been at a standstill since the end of December. We are still investigating the matter, but there are no longer active subscriptions from customers who, for example, still need maintenance for their surveillance systems.”
