Balmain marketing boss Txampi Diz is leaving the company

Txampi Diz, who has served as chief marketing officer for Balmain since 2017, has left the Parisian fashion house “to pursue other interests.”

Diz has worked closely with Balmain since 2007, at the time as vice president of the KCD agency, which was responsible for the fashion house’s international public relations in Paris. After investment group Mayhoola took control of Balmain in 2016, Diz was appointed Balmain’s first in-house chief marketing officer.

“Since my very first days here at Balmain, Txampi has always been an incredible partner, a strong supporter and, above all, a wonderful friend,” Balmain Creative Director Olivier Rousteing said in a statement.

The Parisian fashion house has not yet decided on Diz’s successor, and the marketing director has not yet announced his next move.
