Gap announced a new collaboration between the Yeezy Gap line and Balenciaga on Friday.
Yeezy Gap engineered by Balenciaga, Ye – synonymous with the American artist Kanye West – continued commitment to bring creativity to the fore and realize West’s vision of practical design for everyone, according to a short message from the US clothing supplier.
The collaboration with Balenciaga’s Creative Director Demna Gvasalia, whom Gap describes as “the most influential designer of his generation” ”will be available in 2022 alongside other releases in the Yeezy Gap line.
Kanye West posted an excerpt from the collaboration agreement between him, Gap and Balenciaga on his Instagram account on Friday. The post has more than 226,000 likes just one hour after it was published.
The collaboration between Gap and Kanye West was announced in June 2020. The first drops took place last year. The Yeezy Gap Round Jacket was last released in December and was available in three colors.
