Soft baked barley porridge
2 dl of broken barley groats
1.2 l skimmed milk
2 dl whipped cream
1 teaspoon of salt
1. Pour all the porridge ingredients into the baking dish.
2. Let the porridge brew in the oven at 175 degrees for two hours.
