FRANKFURT (BaFin) –
BaFin points out that the operator of the adxs.exchange website, adxs.exchange UK Ltd, with an alleged business address in London, United Kingdom, does not have a license under Section 32 of the German Banking Act (KWG) to conduct banking business or provide financial services in Germany owns. The company is not supervised by BaFin.
