“You can show how PSV plays and you can reflect that on the field. But you cannot do it with much intensity. You want everyone to be optimally rested for tomorrow evening. But we have gone through everything,” Echteld says about the difficulties associated with a short preparation.
North Holland success
What is striking about PSV’s results this season is that the leader in the Premier League only lost to Telstar and FC Volendam. Echteld hopes that AZ can be the third North Holland club to have success against the Eindhoven team. “That would be very nice. How can they lose to them? You should ask their trainer.”
