AZ will start preparing for next season this Friday. The first training of the new season is scheduled at the training complex in Wijdewormer at 11 a.m. This will be without the internationals who enter later.
The first exhibition game of the season is scheduled for Saturday, July 8. The opponent is the Ukrainian national champion Shakthar Donetsk. That match starts at 2.30 pm and will be played on the grounds of VV Dirkshorn. On Wednesday, July 19, AZ will play another exhibition match at VV Dirkshorn. Kick-off against Norwich City will be at 6:30 PM. The team plays in the second tier of England.
It was previously known that the team of trainer Pascal Jansen will practice against Club Brugge on July 22 at the Jan Breydel Stadium.
