Dani de Wit will still be available at AZ this Saturday to play in the top match against PSV. Because AZ has appealed against the sentence, the suspension has been suspended for the time being.
The football player from Bovenkarspel received a red card after 14 minutes on Sunday 30 October after a foul on FC Volendam striker Robert Mühren. Last Sunday at the 3-1 defeat against RKC, De Wit watched the game in Waalwijk from the branch with the accompanying fans.
In appeal
The midfielder was arrested by the disciplinary committee last week suspended for three games, one of which is conditional. AZ will now appeal against this decision, so that a final decision on the suspension will only be made after the weekend. In the meantime, De Wit can therefore play against PSV next Saturday. Kick-off in Eindhoven is at 9 p.m.
