Austrian Chancellor Karl Nehammer will travel to Russia on Monday to meet Russian President Vladimir Putin, an Austrian government spokesman said. Nehammer becomes the first European leader to visit Putin in Moscow since the Russian invasion of Ukraine began on February 24.
