Successful loan
Atlético Madrid have extended the contract of home-grown Manu Sánchez by two years. The 21-year-old left-back signed a new contract until June 30, 2027. As in January 2021, Sánchez will appear on loan for LaLiga rivals CA Osasuna next season.
Sánchez quickly established himself as a regular at the Pamplona club and was promoted to U21 international. The talented defender has made 51 appearances for Osasuna, scoring one goal and providing seven others. His market value increased from 6 million euros during the loan to currently 10 million euros.
