Eric Sperber has joined the management of the textile company Atair Nordic GmbH.
He will manage Atair Nordic together with Reiner Baumbach, the founder of the Atair Group, confirmed the company at the request of FashionUnited. With the appointment, Sperber returns to the fashion industry. In the past two years he has taken a break for “further training and personal development”, it says on his LinkedIn profile. Before that, he worked for the men’s fashion retailer Baldessarini, which belongs to the Herford clothing group Ahlers AG. There he was most recently active as Managing Director for the areas of project management e-commerce, online, digitization and license management.
Atair Nordic focuses on the areas of home and living, fitness, children’s fashion and shoes. Sales are aimed at the DACH region and the Scandinavian region. The parent company Atair GmbH is active in the legwear and underwear sector and is based in Steinfurt near Münster.
