Asylum tomcat Paulus is looking for a sweet owner in a low-stimulus home

According to the animal shelter, Paulus probably has Feline hyperesthesia syndrome. This is a kind of hypersensitivity to stimuli. He is given soothing medication to soften the worst stimuli. When stressed, his skin may vibrate slightly and he may react in an unexpected way.
