It is that time tonight: then Astrid Holleeder makes her debut as a panel member in a live TV program, namely RTL Tonight. Private boss Evert Santegoeds is skeptical. “She is milking it enormously.”
Astrid Holleeder took her moment last week in RTL Boulevard. She showed her face for the first time on national television and that was tackled as if she was a kind of world star. It was announced with a lot of bombing, including dramatic music and close-ups. Tonight she debuts as a panel member in the studio program RTL Tonight.
“Ready with those books!”
Telegraaf reporter Jordi Versteegden thinks it is exaggerated. “RTL Boulevard took a firm place with it. It really took fifteen minutes to be built,” he says in the podcast Strictly private.
Private boss Evert Santegoeds on that: “Yes, it is a PR offensive. There will also be a book again, because it will be completely milked. I thought the first book was fantastic, with the second I thought: yes, I actually already had to read that. I don’t even have to read the third anymore.”
The Masked Singer
Jordi mainly thought the unveiling of Astrid’s face was going very far. “It looked like an episode of The Masked Singer, I thought, that unveiling.” I am Astrid Holleeder and I was in the pedestrian crossing. “
Evert: “No, that is her brother, who is in the pedestrian crossing, hahahaha.”
Jordi: “I respect that she dares this, but then: I don’t know if I completely understood how they were doing it.”
Evert: “It is a stunt, but whether it contributes a lot to the content of the program, I actually wonder.”
On the square
Incidentally, Evert has heard that Astrid sometimes shops on Gelderlandplein. “I always heard that she was sometimes shopping on the square, so I was always curious: who is it then?” Yes, I just had Astrid Holleeder in the store, “said someone who knew her from the past. I think: well, I have no idea, but now I see that head.”
And? “No, I never saw her on that square. Her brother used to be. I sat next to Holleeder again and that was just in the period that my husband had a cousin who worked for Heineken in Rwanda. Wherever he worked, the intention was that Robert always went to visit him once.”
Rwanda
How did the hairdresser go? Evert says: “Yes, so I at the hairdresser next to Holleeder. So the hairdresser says:” How are Robert? ” I say, “Well, it is in Rwanda, because his cousin works for a very large company.”
“Yes, I think: I’m not going to sit next to Holleeder and then start over Heineken after ten seconds. But yes, then I sometimes came across him in the wild, but that was a long time ago.”
