Asian hospitality to court because of smoother government requirements for chefs

Asian restaurants in the Netherlands make a lawsuit against the government about the rules for searching for chefs. They have great difficulty finding specialized chefs and bothered that the Ministry of Social Affairs and Employment (SZW) has deleted the specific job requirements for Asian chefs.
