As soon as Johnny Depp has a clean sheet again, Dior comes knocking

Johnny Depp is back! If there was any doubt that the actor-musician would find his way back to the big stage after damning details about his lifestyle emerged in the mudslinger against ex-wife Amber Heard, here’s proof to the contrary.

Dior is courting a new large-scale endorsement deal with Depp. According to sources directly connected to the deal, the 59-year-old has already put the ink under the paper, according to TMZ. He is to become the face of the men’s fragrance “Sauvage”.

Without details of the contract being known, it is said to be a multi-year contract that could bring Depp millions.

Dior really wanted Johnny Depp back

Representatives of the French company allegedly got their first nails on the head when they spotted Johnny Depp at a concert with Jeff Beck in Paris. They assured him of their appreciation and asked to work together.

According to TMZ, the famous fashion photographer Greg Williams is said to have played a role. He took some photos with Beck directly around the Depps show, which should already be part of the upcoming campaign.

Johnny Depp and Dior’s relationship has a history: in 2015, the actor was signed as the face of the perfume line’s advertising campaign, but after Amber Heard’s allegations became public, there was no more advertising to be seen. Immediately after the court ruling, the US broadcaster Fox now broadcast the old Dior spot in prime time. And the Dior contract is now being reinstated.
