Editor of Yle Arto Nyberg announces on Facebook that he is selling his work clothes. The journalist’s popular talk show Arto Nyberg ends on Sunday of this week.
Nyberg’s notice of sale reads “for sale as unnecessary” and “so to speak straight off the top; game worn”.
For sale are, among other things, Hugo’s and Turo’s little black jackets and 16 handkerchiefs, most of which, according to Nyberg, are silk.
– The entire package to the highest bidder, base price 350 euros, the announcement reads.

Nyberg’s sales announcement has received bitter reactions in the comment field of the update. Some also have better suggestions for what to do with Nyberg’s work clothes.
– Iconic classics! If I were at Yle, I would say to the Yle museum! And if I were Visulahti’s boss, I would immediately buy the original treasures!
– These do not belong in a museum. The museum should be built around these.
– If they are still needed?
Among the commentators are also, among others A familiar thing presenter and musician known from the program Joel Hallikainen. The man urges Nyberg not to sell his work clothes.
– Even this guy is lying in a suit, but without a handkerchief. PS I didn’t sell TuttuJuttu stuff either. The best set was put on in Visulahti’s corresponding wax cabinet of TV history, where you will also come, he writes with a wink smiley.
Over
Yle said at the end of October that it would stop Arto Nyberg – after 20 years of the talk show. Head of Yle’s procurement, rights and sales department Tarmo Kivikallio told Iltalehti that ending the talk show is about “normal software renewal”.
The end of the talk show came as a surprise to Nyberg.
– This was a surprise and this was also a disappointment. I would have done this, done even more. This is what the wise men of the village have decided, he told Iltalehte in October.
