The Civil Guard has arrested a neighbor Coma-rugamaritime district of The Vendrell (Baix Penedès), for manufacturing marijuana jellies that he distributed in this town and others in the area, north of the city of Tarragona.
The first clue about the existence of these ‘trinkets’ was given by a family who went to the Civil Guard to report that one of its members was developing an addiction to the products.
